PVC halls with full PVC roof, PVC fabric roof and profiled sheet metal walls, as well as timber halls with stone block walls, can be installed on asphalt or compacted rubble, and do not require major preparatory work. The biggest advantage of the PVC hangars is the fact that there are no inconvenient supporting columns in the centre of the hangar. The service life of a PVC hall is, by experience, 20+ years.
The frame of the hangar is made of bolt-connected hot-dip galvanised steel. The hot-dip galvanised steel structure (standard BS/IS EN 1SO 1461) is resistant to corrosion over long periods.
The roof of the PVC hall is made of white and translucent PVC, so the hall needs little additional light during the day. The density of the PVC covering of the hangar walls is 900 g/m2 and the fire resistance class of the material is B-s2, d0.
As a further development of the fully PVC-clad hall, we offer combined halls with steel profiled sheeting covered walls and PVC fabric roof (hall with veneer, arched hall, hangar, PVC hall).
The project is adapted to the customer’s needs, it is also possible to choose the location, type (sliding or folding doors) and size of the doors, the latter can be equipped with automation if necessary.
