What is the difference between a center post and a side post parasol?

A center pole parasol has the pole in the middle — a stable and classic choice for terraces where the pole doesn’t get in the way. A side pole parasol attaches to the side, leaving completely free space under the roof — ideal for patios and places where a center support would hinder movement.

Are parasols also suitable for use in windy weather?

All Tentest parasols can withstand moderate winds. In strong winds and storms, we recommend folding the awnings to avoid damage — the warranty does not cover wind damage. With mounting accessories and leg weights, you can significantly improve stability.

Can I order a parasol with printing?

Yes — all Tentest parasols can be digitally printed with logos, texts and full designs. A branded parasol is an effective promotional product to increase the visibility of a café or restaurant.

Do you offer installation and maintenance?

Yes — we offer installation, off-season storage, and year-round maintenance. Read more on our services page.

What is the difference between Umbrosa parasols and regular models?

Umbrosa shades are a premium Belgian brand — exceptionally easy one-handed use, quick direction changes. Designed for the demanding home user and restaurants where aesthetics are as important as functionality.

How to store a parasol for the winter?

Clean the fabric before packing. Make sure the fabric is completely dry — damp fabric will grow mold. Store the shade indoors or use our seasonal storage service.

What sizes are available?

Depending on the model, from 2×2 m to large rectangular shades of 3×4 m and more. The largest shade is the Scandipro Twin Flexy with a coverage of 18m2. Our consultant will give you an exact recommendation.
